SoundMind Is Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – IM Ketamine Treatments (Part-Time)
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our integrative mental health team in Philadelphia. This role focuses on providing intramuscular (IM) ketamine treatments in a supportive clinical environment.
Location: Philadelphia, PA (in-person, 1 day/week)
Schedule: 1 shift per week (Monday/Tuesday preferred), flexible weekday availability
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
Responsibilities
Administer weekly IM ketamine injections in a safe, professional setting
Monitor patient comfort, safety, and vital signs during sessions
Collaborate with therapists and physicians as part of a multidisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records
Provide education and reassurance to patients receiving ketamine therapy
Qualifications
Current RN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Experience with IM injections and patient monitoring
Background in psychiatry, mental health, or integrative care (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to provide a calm, reassuring presence for patients
