β€œI did my Soundmind Institute dieta with the yarrow plant and it was amazing. The dieta helped me to gain a deeper appreciation for all the plants, not just psychedelics, and to see a deeper spiritual nature behind the plants. There were so many beautiful options in terms of which dieta to do that it was a hard choice and I knew there was no real wrong way to go. As a therapist and someone who sits in others’ trauma day in and day out, yarrow helped me to slow down and understand the need to protect my energy and emotional space. The dieta really focused on bringing in mindfulness into our typically mindless chaotic lives. It was a really wonderful experience in communing with nature in a mindful and intentional way while being guided and protected aligned with the spirituality behind the plants.”
