The SoundMind Integration Program

We recognize the profound impact of psychedelic experiences, regardless of their context or substance. Our integration services offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for processing these experiences with trained practitioners who specialize in navigating non-ordinary states of consciousness, regardless of substance used or whether you’ve received treatment at SoundMind or elsewhere.

Who is Facilitating?

Our graduates have all completed a one-year training program, and hands-on experiential with medicine to ensure they have demonstrated understanding and ability to implement our safety protocols. Additionally, they receive ongoing supervision for services provided to you, which is an important part of the process to ensure exceptional care to our clients.

How it Works

We screen our facilitators for having a strong support network and usually also having had therapy or coaching themselves. They have been trained in psychodynamic techniques, active listening, somatic awareness practices, and utilizing parts work and meditation practices.

We foster the growth of insightful, kind and exceptionally skills practitioners. We love our graduates and we think you will too!

More about SoundMind’s Integration

Who is doing the integrating?

If you are looking for assistance with your psychedelic journey we offer integration support from our graduates, who have been screened for skill-level and we match them to you.

If you prefer a facilitator with a certain identity - ADHD, neurodiverse, BIPOC, queer, veteran, other - we can also do our best to match you with these individuals.

What are the costs?

Our integration program is $1000 for a 3-month package, in which you will be meeting with your facilitator weekly for 3 months and then reassessing what your best next steps should be.

Are there any prerequisites to integrating at SoundMind?

You can join this program if you are psychedelic curious, if you have done a journey and are having a hard time integrating or carrying your learnings into your life, or if you are just wanting someone to talk to about your psychedelic experiences.

How
does integration happen?

Our 45-minute sessions are framed around the SoundMind Psychedelic and Integration Protocols, and uses somatic awareness, parts work, psychodynamic methods, and motivational coaching methods to help you get the most out of your psychedelic work.

Have more questions?
We’ve got answers.

  • No. There are many differences, one main one being that ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is currently completely legal in the US, whereas psilocybin-assisted therapy is not. Also, ketamine is a dissociative anesthetic that is utilized to put people into a psychedelic-like state. However, in our integration program we can help you process any kind of psychedelic experience, and/or prep for any psychedelic experience, even if we are not administering the medicine to you.

  • SoundMind administers its ketamine via orally via lozenge or intramuscular injection. The Integration Package can be helpful to support the journeys you take out SoundMind or elsewhere!

  • Our graduates are extremely qualified and to become part of this program they have gone through an additional screening process to ensure you are in great hands. These services are not therapy and do not fall under the psychotherapy umbrella - they are considered ‘harm reduction services’ as a legal framework, and this means we are able to legally support you in what you are doing as long as we aren’t administering anything you that is not legal in the state you’re in. The current psychedelics we can support you in are (1) ketamine in any state and (2) psilocybin in Oregon and soon to include Colorado too. Please reach out for any more questions!

  • Our package includes 12 online Zoom sessions with your Support Guide. Each session is 45 minutes in length and you will be taken through the SoundMind Preparation or Integration Protocol (or both, depending where you are in your healing journey). If for any reason you want to cancel remaining sessions, you will receive a refund on any sessions not completed. This gets pro-rated (each session is about $83 dollars total). We hope you can join us!

  • Many people undergo very deep journeys in foreign countries or through ketamine infusion centers or other locations that may not offer ongoing support around processing he experience. In order to get the most out of your experience, ongoing support and discussions and activities can help you take the information gleaned from your psychedelic experience and bring it into your life. We can help you do that! Making sense of symbols, images and feeling in your body is an ongoing process and needs care and gentleness. Our graduates are well-equipped to support you in this process.
